Day 1 (Recap)

With a BMI of 1431 calories, my body can rest at every given moment and still lose 1431 calories. Therefore in order to maintain my current weight, I would have to consume 1431 calories a day. Given  today's diet and exercise this is what happened:
  • -429 calories (workout)
  • +480 (breakfast) + 428 (lunch) + 350 (dinner) = + 1258
Total Calories April 15 =  829 calories

In order to maintain my weight I would have to consume +1431, but I actually took in 829  calories. Remember, in order to lose 11 lbs in 6 weeks, I can only afford to consume 600 calories/day, so today I failed, but not really because I realized it would be unhealthy to lose so much in so little time. I am now setting my goal to lose 11 lbs in 8 weeks. Losing weight is all about calorie intake.

Additionally, I am drinking 8 cups of water a day and taking green tea supplements that help with fat burning. Alright, off to bed!
