Day 2



 Brunch 12pm (I woke up at this time since I have no class)
  • 1 grapefruit ----------------------60 calories
  • 1 banana------------------------162 calories
  • 1.5 oatmeal pack ---------------170 calories
w/ 1 cup soy milk----------------------------70 calories
  • 1 cup coffee w/ 1/4 cup soy milk-------------18 calories
  • 1 cup coffee black-----------------------------0 calories
Total Calories = 480 Calories 

Dinner 6pm (I know, I know, but I made double the amount last night so this is the last night I eat this crap)
  • 1/2 medium potato (baked, flesh & skin)------------80
  • 1 tbsp olive oil-------------------------------------120
  • 1/4 cup white rice----------------------------------150
Total Calories= 350 Calories

Workout 4:30-5:45pm
  • walked speed of 4m/hr from my apt to 26th st & 8th ave & back-5 miles----   -400 calories
Total Calories April 16  =  430 Calories
