Dinner

Yes, I know, white rice, not the healthiest, but its the first day and I didn't have anything at home to cook. Tomorrow I will go out and buy brown rice and tofu- hopefully my dinners will start looking more appetizing. Ironic how this unhealthy dinner is lower in calories than my much-healthier breakfast and lunch!


  • 1/2 medium potato (baked, flesh & skin)------------80
  • 1 tbsp olive oil-------------------------------------120
  • 1/4 cup white rice----------------------------------150

Total Calories= 350 Calories
